New changes:
- Added one death explosion animation for most enemies
- Added player hurt animation
- A tiny engine flame when moving upwards
- One new enemy
- shoots three bullets at once
- only appears after the first boss kill
- has higher health and reward
- Now every enemy bullet is pink and your ship is cooler
- Minor fixes and tweaks
